Subject: Sigh.... I am selling off some of my Simmons gear....

Greetings everyone!

It has come time to sell off some of my collection. I thought I would let everyone here know about the items I am posting on ebay shorty:

SDS7 with 7 cards - Kick, Snare, Tom(x5) and selector pad. Dead battery, but otherwise works like a champ!

SDS800 - Works perfectly.

SDS800 - Completely dead. Fried board. I picked this thing up from a shop here in Atlanta for a song back in 2005, and when I opened it up to clean it, I found that a portion of the circuitry is melted. Would be a great parts unit, for pots, switches, etc. I am thinking that whoever buys the working SDS800 will get this is a bonus. How does that sound?

SDS8 - Works great, but no kick output. It seems to trigger just fine though when the kick is struck.

SDS-EPB - Works great! Sample Speed and Trig Sens knobs are broken off, but still turn with a pair of small pliers.

SDS1000 - No midi. Works perfectly!

SDS1000M - Powers up, but lights blink strangely, no sound. Parts maybe?

TMI - Nothing wrong here.

SPM 8:2 - Great working line mixer!

MTX - Nothing bad to report.

Turtle Trap - Works good considering it's age and engineering pitfalls.

Of course everything listed is used and old. All items have the normal minor scratches here and there, but nothing serious by far.

Like I said, this stuff will all be on 'the bay' soon. I hate to part with it, but honestly I think some of you guys (and girls) will get more use out of it than me. I hate to see it all just collect dust.

If anything interests you, shoot me a note, and I can provide pictures or more details such as serial numbers, etc...

Thanks!

Thomas
