Thanks Berk,

The tech's name is Jeff and I have reminded him of your help from
before........Jeff runs a tech company called EARS of New York city.
He is repairing my unit again and is developing a service manual as he
discovers how the machine works.
His number is 1/212/868/4357...call him or visit the website @
earsny.com and let him know what is needed.
I have found him to be brilliant!!!!!
