The resolution of pics on the web is pretty poor and might lead to artefacts if you have them printed. An alternative might be just to copy it. The font is "Futura Light" and it is not very hard to copy. The frame can be drawn by e.g. any presentation software like Open Office, Keynote or -wurghs- Power Point
