Hi Roland,
All is well and same to you. Good to know about the Pearl nuts. I'll pay a visit to some of the local drum shops this weekend to see if I can find some. There's a couple of places in PDX that have loads of old parts. I mostly need them for my SDS7 pads, but can use some from my V's and replace them. Thanks for the advice!
Have a great weekend!

The pearl nuts ( I know, sounds weird !?!?! ) have 2 different diameters on the stem, but ( if memory serves ) have the same threads. They should work for the V's, but I'm not sure about the 7's or 8's. I can measure one of them up for you with a caliper if you need me to. Let me know.
