example?!

me i love samples but it took me a couple of years to track down a sdx (now have 2 of them - greed is good) when i could happily go with a roland td10/ddrumetc - another dirty word!! sdx is more than a drumset it's a audio workstation albeit a little long in the tooth when going against more samplers etc
i used to demo sdsv when i worked in a music shop when i was 20 (i'm now 39) and finally bought a sds9/mtx9 in '87 i think (stolen in '94) combo which gave me the digital/anologue but that soon was added to by akai s900/1000's
anyway the point i'm making is if you have a sdx you will have a whole range of dynamic playing option with the zi that the riot shield setup could never afford and it's simmons by simmons if you see what i mean
i'm sure theres something in here about trying to fire up a ford model t with a jumbo jet
