Good summary and well-described, especially since it was written back
then. He was very correct about the japs joining in, that the Pollard
would be the one sounding dated first (and over-priced) etc.

Not fair to compare one Synare 3 with the other two, the Synare 1 or 2
would be better in that respect but since 2 has a sequencer I guess it
turned messy... The Pearl SY-1 would be another fair soldier in that
battle but hey, those were the days prior to internet. :D

I think like him, the SDS-3 kicks the butt of the other two but I
wouldn't want to live without any of my units. ∗smile∗

Also, the run generator _is_ great and it sure makes more sense on the
SDS-3 than on the SDS-1 IMHO...
