a potmeter of 100K/lin is all it is. Since it is in a drummachine it probably
is 1/4 W, so powerconsumtion is not an issue. The point is, perhaps you can't
find the part with the exact measerments, but if you buy a 100k/lin, then
it must work. So perhaps it's easier to just get one, and put it in. It will
not be an exact repair, but at least your sds works and your bloodpressure
will be a lot easier.
Resumme: a potmeter 100k or 4k7 or whatever) are standard parts and can be
replaced by a potmeter with the same value. Important is to check whether
it's lineair or logarithmic.
