I just know that the original paint is applied on the inside and not the
outside. That's why they often look great even after a bunch of years. I've
seen painted ones, but they mostly look like crap. Which colour are yours?

Newer? None... I have a vintage Tama TS-305 and the Pearl Syncussion SY-1
including the pads... +a Roland TR-606.
Yes, and in the new department... I have the MAM/TBS/Vermona DRM-1...

Is this the same Scott I received a few of these from? ANyway, if so they
look great. One found a place on my box of proms for my SDS-1's! :)
