Hi Haley,
2764 sounds good, check if it is not 27C64, that would be bad (wrong prog voltage). Did you ERASE the eprom? Did you make a blank check before "blowing" (play the empty eprom in your EPB, you should hear nothing and overload LED may be on all the time). Is the EPB's sampling ok? Did you give the EPB enough TIME to do its "blowjob" (can take up to 2min, you hear a low digital noise, but this is OK).

The e-proms that I have are the/ SEEQ 2764-25. The under side has this on it/Silicon signature/ 5133B/ MF47135/ Philippines 8449. Is this the wrong kind of E-prom or do I have a sweet paper wait. OR is there some way on Gods green earth that this thing can be fixed.
The tweaked digital noise I referred to is the same noise that we repel mosquito's with.
