What is a K2-X? Internet searches turn up nothing. Is it digital?
> I'd be surprised if it is analog. Analog circuits need to be tuned
to specific ranges for best results. Of course a computer can run
whatever program on whatever channel you want. But that's no longer
an analog drum kit. (and I'm not getting into whether one is better
or not. I just want to stay with analog voices for what I'm working
on. Digital for control is great.
Fully analogue and top of the line (I guess) from UK manufacturer Ultimate
Percussion. Lot's of 3080's in that one! :)
Lovely british racing green too with a simple sequencer for three channels
with 6 basic rhythms that you can jam along to. I guess that's the point
originally. I often use it as metronome and basic rhythm when testing ideas.
As always, I haven't had the time I wish I had to include pictures on my
