I admire your work but my studio is already packed with stuff and I'd rather
search for the real SDS-III. I know, a geeky collector but that's how I
feel. And if I find one the problem will be to find a place for it, also in
the drummixer (which is full despite it's 48 channels).

Jesper,

Thank you for the comments; I DO hope Dave S will get in touch with
me.

I come from a long product design and modular synth background; so
the additional Osc's and LFO's are no problem.

I've even got a VERY cool seq in the works; like nothing else I've
ever seen. More of an interactive composer than a record/playback
device.

Anybody ever seen a Bodhran done electronically? I saw Airto Moreiro
with one of those some years back; amazing. Like a Mandala with no
plug!

Sooo.. Do you want that SDS4 upgrade<G> in the same package style? I
could make you a 3 part or more version with two more voices and a
control section similar to the special effects part of the SDS3 (but
much expanded)? It could have a look and feel JUST like your SDS4.

If you'd seriously like this or things along these lines please let
me know offlist?

Randal
