Update regarding the photocopies;

Mainly copies from "the simmons drum book" (50 pages or so), some articles
or product sheets on SDX and SDS-1, copies of "Creative use of your SDS-7"
(of which I own the original already) and something called "Creative Use Of
Your SDS-7 - Rev issue 2, august '96". It's apparently made by "Soundunit
Ltd (Simmons)" (written like that)
