Prices of new eproms are rediculously high. Snatching them from old
computers etc are highly recommended. I know for a fact that there are
different voltages used etc. Not sure which is what 'cause the ones I've
tried in mine are working fine.
∗checking∗
The ones I have which I know work and are used are NEC D27128D, ST
M27256-2FI (damn, big one!) etc but I cannot read the brand of my original
Simmons ones. The type number is HN4827128G-25 and HN482764G.
Don't know if I made anything easier there... should probably have shut up!
;)
