what is your opinion of the sds1? i've never owned one but it looks very interesting

Thanks! I'm a gearhead, I'll admit. And now I'm sittign here waiting for the
testpressings for my first vinyl release... :)

Nope, unfortunately not. But I've thought about a custom wall stand to hold
all my pads (5 Simmons toms, one Simmons bass, Pearl Syncussion twin pads,
Simmons SDS-IV twinpads, Simmons SDS-1 (x2), Pollard Syndrum (x4))

I'd let you know, but cheap stuff I tend to snatch myself. I hate having to
consider shipping but mostly VAT on imports. Otherwise that set I mentioned
would've been min 'cause I thought that far too much of a bargain!
