From: Haley Johnson <crew38special@...>

Hi Michael,
I don't want to send the brain for one module to be repaired, it costed alot to send it off and may cause more damage to the brain in the mail. I'm having a hard time finding some one to work on it in Jacksonville FL. Also, I have found that alot of repair guys don't want to work on it too. I guess there to scared of it. Please let me know if you know some one that can do the work.

Thierry EPPHERRE can repair SDS7 Modules without brain soon, he is constructing an adaptor. But why repair it without a brain? Is that something like sports?

There must be two trimmers on the backplane: The bigger metal one is noise volume. The little cermet trimmer is part of a very interesting noise suppression circuit and was one of the early mods Simmons had to do, because the data rails noised into l/r and mono summing.
