70% IPA is often sold as rubbing alcohol and may contain a bit of lubricant oil. That will wipe out toner adhesion. Read the ingredients. Anything besides isopropanol and water is bad news.

What's the difference between 70% and 99% isopropyl alcohol?
I uesd 70% yesterday (cause I didn't have 99%) and I'm wondering if it left
an undesired deposit, thus disturbing the toner adhesion.
