My thoughts on this as I wrote that was note a listing of 'one' way to
do things, but a listing split up into various topics and information
on all possible ways to achieve a particular outcome, and maybe some
notes on success any further follow up etc.

I think it would take more that one person to maintain such a thing and
maybe it would be possible to have a person compile information on a
couple of topics and another take care of other ones. And of course
someone
would need to put it all together.

I am happy to offer some time to start putting something together. I was

thinking of constructing something like this for a personal reference
tool
(from information here as well as elsewhere.)
