it sounds like to me the drum wiper blade flipped and is not wiping
the excess toner off the drum and is binding creating the groaning
sound . turn the toner cartridge upside down with the part that goes
in the printer first towards you . push aside the drum shutter so you
see the drum .the drum should rotate towards you if it is binding
push the drum gear away from you this should free the blade , then
the drum should rotate freely toward you . then try it in the
printer .
