I get my pcb vendor (melbourne printed circuits) to coat and cut a bunch
of boards for me (like 30pcs 20cm x 30cm square). http://www.melbpc.com.au/

I was using prp spray-on resist up to a couple of months ago, because i had
no easy way to generate decent negative printouts with the holes in the pads.

Since i made a gerber to postscript file converter in linux, i've been
doing negative boards. The bigger boards are done from the stuff i got
recently from the vendor, and the smaller boards are using stuff that's
been in the fridge for 5 years. It exposes ok, but the ferric chloride
needs a bit of brushing to remove some stubborn resist. The boards still
end up perfect tho.
