What's really sad is that these people seem to act like they think they can
get away with that sort of thing. Like we're all stupid, or ignorant, or
something...

The technology that we're using here has empowered consumers way beyond what
most of these guys can even dream of, but I guess it's gonna take a while
for them to "get it".
