Hello,
I used to buy sockets on a roll(or in strips) which were attached
at .100 to the strip of metal they were formed from (at the top).
After soldering, the strip is bent back and forth and it comes off.
leaving the pins with exact spacing...
Been awhile, but they're prob'ly still available...
