The best way to get a feel for what equipment is used by the professionals
is to find a PCB fabricator who is willing to give you a quick tour around
the factory. As for reading , go to the library and find the Coombs',
"Printed Circuits Handbook".
I no of no web pages that would even come close to answering your question
as good as the above two recommendations would.
