I personally use mouser, they distribute all sorts of stuff and their prices
don't seem too bad. Other than resistors, they haven't come across any
minimum package requirements.
They are online at www.mouser.com, the part number for the stuff I usually
buy is 501-FR4X6S, but they have different sizes and materials.
