Forgetabout the melting point. You need to be looking at theheat deflection temperature. Most of the plastics usablein this temperature range are very expensive, Teflon(PTFE) is probably the cheapest. A high temperature epoxy(such as EpoxAcast 670 HT from Smooth-On) with theaddition of glass fibers or powdered metal fillers tofurther increase the heat resistance might also work.
