Way back in the late 70s I built a similar unit, the PCB was availablethen I added all the other parts. I don't remember if it's the sameunit, the one I built was by Don Lancaster, it worked great for manyyears until I replaced it with a commercial unit, a Televideo 950 setto emulate a VT100 terminal by DEC. It was a lot better than myoriginal interface a model 45 later I used a model 33  Teletype unitwith paper tape punch and reader. Those were the days if you wanteddecent software you wrote it yourself in assembler.

You have the PCB layouts in the reprintPDFs, just print them out (be sure to set no size reduction) and makesure they fit the components, then transfer to PCB and etch. Lots ofways to do that. Most all are documented here:
