Look for (google) "automatic center punch". It is a center punch that looks
like an overgrown ballpoint pen. You just push on it and it will snap. The
force can be adjusted.

James, what tool are you using to peen the rivets? I did not notice any
tools specifically for that purpose on the taobao site.
