Hello, I'm sorry if this has been dealt with before, but I can't seem to get the hang of searching in yahoo groups.
The thing is, I was looking for an alternative to the green transfer foil from pulsar, and found this

Would anyone, by any chance, know if this thing is conductive after application? It would be neat to have shiny pcb's on regular paper!
