The original robot picture did not have
straight lines. However when etching down
0.35mm you are always going to get undercut
and the undercut on toner transfer is variable.

For a dial you would not need anything near
0.35mm (0.014") depth.

I don't get consistent result with TT and
under 10thou lines and if I am going lower
than that I use photographic techniques.
