H-Instruments is located in Iceland, but have a contract with a PCB manufactor in Asia, and ship directly from the manufactor to save time.
I found this manufactor and did order a PCB bords from him to use in a project I was working on. Because the quality was very fine and the price the lowest I had found, I thougt this was something others looking for HQ low price PCB boards would like to use too. So I made a deal with the manufactor and we did make two offers: 29.95$ for 5 pcs PCB bords max size 50x50mm and 54.95$ for 5 pcs max size 100x100mm.
I have sold few of this offers and only got a positive response from the customers.
