Will you tell us all about your process? I looked through your posts
for the last year (almost) and your photo album, but apart from a
couple of photos of finished boards and a UV unit, couldn't find anything.

using a cheap HP inkjet printer to produce the transparencies. I've
just made a test PCB for him with 8/8, 10/10 and 12/12 mil tracks,
four of each in two groups. They all came out OK, and the lettering on
the board which used a 5 mil line width was also reproduced perfectly.
