Subject: DIY stencil making for reflowing?

Normally stencils are made with laser cutters. It's easy for those
ordering PCBs to get stencils as well, but what about the DIYers that
make their own PCBs? I'm looking for ideas on how to make stencils
for solder paste distributing over the PCB. Dichloromethane-resistant
ink on acrylic stencil sheets, then etch with the DCM? (I'm assuming
there is such an ink)
