I have ordered several of the $33 specials from Advanced circuits.
They have solder mask and silk screen on BOTH sides. They also have a
site, www.freedfm.com ,that you upload your files to for a FREE check
to catch errors before manufacturing. This will catch a lot of dumb
errors. The board size is anything up to 60 sq inches. I put several
smaller boards on a panel. The last 2 were 58 sq-in. Advanced
circuits will not cut the individual boards out without additional
cost($50 I think). I use an 18" paper cutter to cut them out.
The boards are produced in 5 days or less and are MADE IN U.S.A.!!
My only complaint is you must buy 3 or more, so(unless you are a
student) the total is $116 with shipping(to Idaho).
