http://www.savastore.com/productinfo/product.aspx?catalog_name=Savastore&product_id=10283218&pid=45&tid=279If you're looking for a laser printer, to do
toner-transfer PCBS, why not get an old HP LaserJet
from FreeCycle? They're relatively common, but suffer
from glazing of the rubber paper-handling rollers.
That's often the reason they're thrown out, but it's
very easily fixed by roughening up the rubber rollers
with cigarette-lighter petrol (not butane!).
I've got an HP LaserJet 4+ that I got from the Bristol
FreeCycle mailing list. FreeCycle is another Yahoo
group that brings people together to recycle unwanted
stuff, for free!
