I agree we are pretty lucky with "BIg Three" in component
distribution. Often I get the parts before I am ready to actually use
them (board not complete, etc). Used to be the other way around. Sure
is nice to have them inventory more and me less. Jameco has been
outstanding in the fast shipping department. I get orders as quick
from them as I do from Digikey and I am in Nebraska. I know that the
carrier has a lot to do with this but I am still impressed. Most of
the deliveries in Nebraska are still by wagon trains and there are
still the renegade uprisings the wagon trains have to deal with. :)
