Subject: GBC Docuseal 125 and PNP Blue test

This is a small rs232 to ttl level converter board I just made with my
new (old) Docuseal 125. Got it for $5 at the swap meet. It has two
rollers and a heated plate. Used the foil setting and a Lexmark Optra
1855 for the printout. Two passes in a folded piece of paper two bare
board. May not have needed that many. Notice how well the very thin
printing came out.
All the letters are perfect, the scanner washed some of the detail out.
I have not fed thick boards yet but this 031 feeds perfect. Made 4
boards on one sheet. Two breaks where I didn't clean the board good
enough, sharpie fixed that. Used my 1 cup peroxide 1/2 cup pool acid
etchant mix for etching. The PNP Blue is about 5 years old, I like it
for the smt stuff. Magazine paper works fine for ttl size stuff.
