Subject: Laminator - Fuser - looking for opinions ....

Hi All,
As I have been having A LOT of trouble recently with toner transfer,
I am considering the purchase of a laminator. I believe I can get
one cheaper than a fuser as I don't have any broken laser printers
lying around at the moment (probably will have one right after I buy
the laminator though)!
It seems as though many of the laminators will work with .032" thick
boards, but if using .062" thick boards, they need modifications. I
am cool with modifying one, I just don't want to modify one, then
find out it won't work and I am stuck with the same problem (bad
transfers) AND a laminator that has no other purpose that can't be
returned.
So, if you are using a laminator I would appreciate your opinions
and comments. I am primarily interested if it works GREAT and if
you only have to do one pass, or multiple passes, etc. If you had
to modify it, was it pretty bad to do or did it go pretty easy?
TIA as usual!
Chris
