I'll too write up quickly how i clean boards, again:
1) sand lightly with 600 to 1000 grit paper.
2) wipe away the copper and sandpaper dust
3) put some acetone or alcohol on a paper towel and wipe the board, two
times using slightly different spots.
The other methods surely work just as well, but that's what i do and i
haven't run into trouble so far.
