[sdiy] Got my copy of MAM

I ordered a copy of Hal Chamberlin's "Musical Applications of 
Microprocessors" from Jeff Dec <jdec at mindspring.com> last week and 
received it this morning. This classic is in excellent condition 
(appears to have never even been opened and has "new book smell") and 
Jeff provided excellent service.

Now I just need to plow through it. At 802 pages that's going to take a 
while. Then it goes on the shelf next to tomes from Strawn, Roads, 
Pohlmann, Lancaster andHorowitz&Hill. I'm still pondering a set of 
Electronotes and looking forward to the reissued Thomas Henry books.
