Snare drum sounds like I've never HEARD in my 31 years of using
synthesizers. :O Absolutely unreal! Choatic noise; chaotic tones;
sheer terror in audio!
This is from building the Shimmer section ONLY, from his Cynare drum
emulator at his site. 1NF caps for all 6 oscillators. Resistors on
all 6 are between 8K2 and 20K. 3 of them have 100K pots, for
adjusting the tones.
And I increased the output opamp feedback resistor from 100K to 300K
to bring the output up from +/-1VAC. (300K is WAY too high. 200K
would probably be better.)
A sample and new synth photo will be up on my webpage tomorrow, as I
have to get ready for work. :)
