Yamaha CS80

I have a CS-80 (#1480) that hasn't been powered on in
years. I am afraid what might happen if I just flip
the mains switch.

Are there any recommendations on what's the best
method to bring one back up that's been off for so
long?  I thought I might try and use a variac. Let me
