Oooo, good idea. So simple it went right by me. I do like a little reverb for ambience on the drums though. Hmmmmm Such a quandry. Might be time to whip out that ROMless PlanetEarth... On the other hand, I was doing what I had hoped to do last night using a KAOSS pad to add some effects to the sub1 out. Worked well for the most part. The KAOSS pad II isn't the best effect device in the world, but for interesting performance effects it can't be bet. (when I add an Alesis AirFX and AirSynth I swear I'm fucking dancing!)
