Thanks everyone for the good advice. This is surely a deep and complex box with lots of quirks. I'm sure it will keep me up many a night until I master it. With that said, I kind of got it going the way I wanted... but I'm wondering if I should put all my ROMS in one box. I've got the ROM that came with the XL-7, one that came with the Planet Earth, Protozoa and the Beat Garden ROM. Sure I can put them in my XL-7 and have one nice big yellow box, but does that make sense? Should I put some ROMS in the PlanetEarth again? What would I gain? I intend on having some sounds sequenced and some available to play live using a Novation ReMote25 as a triggering device. (btw, as a MIDI controller it rules) --- robotchas <robotchas@...> wrote: > If you insert a mono plug just up to the first >click you can feed external audio into the main >outs without interrupting Bus2 or Bus3. Hosa makes a pretty good stereo male into two mono female 1/4" plugs that would let you not have to deal with dealing with the click issue. Thanks, Mark Sottilaro
