Live PA is kind of self depricating if you ask me. First of all, no one 
knows what it means, but it has a insular flavor to it, i.e. if you know 
you are cool, so if you don't know, don't ask and feel uncool.

I vividly remember going to my first rave and everyone was all excited 
because there was going to be a live pa there.  Even after getting dozens 
of explainations, it still took me a year or so to realize why it was 
different from DJing.  Geez, those were the goold old days... <<

I would prefer to call myself a musician than a live pa artist
