I called on this deal yesterday and here's what they told me.  They said 
that the offer was sent via email by mistake.  It wasn't approved to be 
offered.  It was only sent out to a few people then retracted.  The deal 
is 
if you buy 1 ROM they will sell you one a 1/2 price.
