Wow, this is a bummer that:

I always had this problem with my older set-up: Roland-XP 80, Orbit
and a few other modules.

My roland xp-80 remembered the patches that I set up on each channel
on the roland itself so that when the song was loaded up, it was
all set; however, I had to remember what patches I set the Orbit and
what channels those patches were on. :( I sometimes forgot :( :( :(

So, if sequencers do that internally, will it work if I got Cubase?

Like, if I just had

Controller XK-6->PC Cubase VST-> Orbit3

When I make a song with the Cubase program, will it remember what
patches I set the Orbit3 and my XK6 keyboard controller and synth
when I load up the song on my PC?
