I'm sure that the 909 won't live to it's hype.  But I have a strong bias
against "fisher price" I mean 'roland' grooveboxes.

out soon. It has a sampler and has some mastering facilities. In theory you
could bang out your own beats, sample some beats, sequence them and if even
fly a vocal overtop of the final mix, mix in the beast, with some mastering
compression and record out. I think. It is worth checking out.
