Actually I checked the help section, if the moderator turns off attachements, then all html posts are rejected. I personally think this is heavy handed and that everyone should graduate to html mail clients, BUT, the advantages to this are that the ADS are cut down to little text blurbs, not the huge pictures. So it is positive in that respect. Anyhow, rEalm changed it and we will see how we like it!
