Changes to the Arp needs to be saved wih the PRESET, not the Pattern.

Maybe old questions, but I'm quite new here.
Does anyone know if it's possible to delete a whole bar in a pattern?
(when
arranging in the XX-7)
When I build a pattern, and I use for example a trigger on track/channel
11,
I save everything. But when I go to a different pattern and change the
trigger pattern/arpegiator, like from 44.0 to 28.0, and then go back to
the
first pattern, it wil play the 28th trigger pattern as well. I just can't
find how this event can be saved. Any suggestions?
