How do you rechannelize MIDI input via sysex?

I can set this from the MIDI menu but can't quite figure which sysex parameter sets this.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
