Hi I think you might be arranging the pattern in step mode on song mode? I found when i do this each time the pattern is stepped the tracks will mute or unmute to match the original pattern. I can get around this by stepping it once and then recording. It will continue tto repeat the pattern without adding track mutes unmutes etc.
